I was at the Ponderosa last week doing some crowd watching and this girl walked past. I wasnt sure if she was wearing the shortest dress I have ever seen or just a shirt and nothing down below! I followed to investigate.

This is the first view I got as she passed by me. Is that a dress? Is she wearing a string bikini bottom or a thong? I've got to see the front view! So far people dont seem to be noticing her.
